Location Recce's
The following are the notes I had taken myself on the location recce's for our film opening, these notes were made in order to reference later when finding which location was best for our production, this was also acompanied by taking pictures of the locations. This information was later used in order to create a report in order to find which locations were most suitable and why:
Location Report
Here is the location report I wrote for our opening sequence, it suggested what potential locations we could have used and highlighted what the possitive and negative aspects of each location was etc. This proved to be useful in our production stage as we were able to find what kind of location that we wanted and which ones were available to us:

Floor Plans
Here is a floor plan for the chosen location that I created, this was done by getting an original floor plan that was made when the location was built, I then took this and added a number of elements such as furniture. After adding these elements, I then annotated which areas could be used for our production both in our actual scene and information relevant for the cast and crew such as exits and entrances:
